Scope
• Led and completed a full company rebranding in 1.5 months, improving brand image and customer engagement. Set up a clear design process.
• Designed and launched a new website, managing visuals and content, closely working with developers over 2.5 months. This increased user interaction, boosted conversions, improved SEO, and strengthened overall brand recognition.
• Created more than 400 social media visuals per year (together with the Social Media Manager) and delivered large amounts of sales materials, etc., 120 ABM one-pagers in 2 weeks. Designed white-pagers, guidelines, and pitch decks for markets: DE, US.
• Managed a creative team of 5 freelancers in Motion, Graphic Design (directed & delivered in a short time SoC Annual Report), and Illustration, delivering cohesive visuals that boosted brand consistency and campaign performance. Led strategic evolution of brand identity, significantly enhancing market differentiation and audience engagement across web, email, social media, sales, and print channels.
